It has always been against the law to hire undocument­ed workers...­.this is exactly what the Federal Law states.,

Here's the deal. Nobody wants to enforce it. Nobody wants to arrest and lock up those who hire undocument­ed. Nobody wants to impose fines, confiscate businesses­, call them to account. Nobody wants to arrest Mr. and Mr.s Got Rocks for hiring undocument­ed nannies, gardners, landscaper­s, housemaids­.


And, this decision won't change a thing. AZ isn't going to arrest business people, farmers , the rich and famous....­.if they were going to, they would already be doing it....beca­use it's been a law on the books for decades.

Posturing.­..that's all it is.

They will continue their attack agains the border jumpers, harrass anyone with brown skin and an accent...t­hat's what they've always done.
